Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Stargoyacht is operated by STARGOTOURISM LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every private yacht charter booked with Stargoyacht, on this website, on WhatsApp or by phone. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Your booking
- A booking paid online is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation with your booking reference.
- A booking request (a yacht priced on request, or a booking arranged on WhatsApp) is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you.
- Prices are for the whole yacht for the hours you choose, not per person. Extras (decoration, cake, meals, photographer, music, transfer) are priced separately and are part of your booking.
- If only a deposit was paid, the balance is due before departure.
2. Cancellation by you
- 72 hours or more before departure: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Less than 72 hours before departure, or if you do not come: no refund.
- This applies to the whole booking, extras included.
- Hours are counted to your departure time, Istanbul time. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your booking reference. The time of your message counts.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
3. Changing the date
- You can change the date or time of your trip once, free of charge, if you ask at least 72 hours before departure. The new date depends on availability.
- A change asked for less than 72 hours before departure is treated as a cancellation, under section 2.
- If the new trip costs more (for example a longer trip or a busier day), the difference is paid before departure.
4. Weather and safety
- If the captain or the port authority cancels the trip because of bad weather or sea conditions, you choose another date for the same booking, at no extra cost.
- The captain has the final word on safety on board.
5. On the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. The exact pier is sent to you on WhatsApp.
- Late arrival: the trip ends at the booked time. It is not extended if you arrive late.
- Guests: the number of guests on board may not exceed the maximum allowed for the yacht.
- Children are welcome when an adult is with them.
- Damage: you are responsible for any damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by you or your guests.
